  • Venue: your office, a rented space or an outdoor area, plus any loading or parking notes

  • Venue requirements. Some venues have rules or paperwork for outside caterers, so share any vendor requirements with us early.

How far ahead to book depends on your event, but for larger or peak-season events, earlier is better.

Can you cater at our office? Yes. We set up in offices, conference rooms and lobbies as well as event venues. Let us know about any building access or loading details ahead of time.

Do you provide bartenders and alcohol? We offer beverage and alcohol service with bartenders. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll tailor the bar to your event.

How quickly will we get a quote? It depends on the details of your event. Send us your date, guest count and venue and we’ll follow up with a proposal.
