The more you share, the more accurate your first proposal will be. These details help most:

  • Date and timing. When the event starts and how long it runs.
  • Guest count. A range is fine if you’re still finalizing.
  • Venue. Your office, a rented venue or an outdoor space, plus the city.
  • Event type. A networking mixer, client reception, office party, product launch or social event.
  • Services. Food only, or food plus bar service, staffing, décor and rentals.
  • Dietary needs among your guests.
  • Budget, if you have one in mind. It helps us recommend the right package.

  2. You receive a proposal with menu, beverage, staffing and rental recommendations and pricing.
  3. You confirm and we lock in your date.

Booking for a Company?

If you’re organizing on behalf of your company, include your company name and a work email so we can send the proposal in a format that’s easy to share with your manager or finance team. We’re used to working with office managers, executive assistants, HR and marketing teams, and we can adjust the proposal as your headcount or plans change. If your company needs specific paperwork, mention it when you get in touch.
